TLC Engineering for Architecture, a leading multi-discipline engineering firm, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager for our Dallas, Texas location

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager you will:

Direct the efforts of a team of engineers, designers, technicians and others to complete designs for large scale commercial and healthcare facilities, i.e., hospitals, high rise offices, hotels, etc.Assist the Division Director with marketing & client developmentEnsure appropriate fee scheduling & timely collectionsGuide & develop junior staff members for skills/performance enhancement and employee retention

Ideal candidates will possess:

8+ years experience in an A/E with large scale commercial facilities design, i.e. hospitals, high rise office, hotelsBSMEPEExpertise in the mechanical field including HVAC and plumbing and solid fundamentals in parallel disciplinesSuperior marketing & negotiation skillsGreat client relations skillsDedication to excellence in engineeringExcellent leadership and mentoring skills
