Further information about careers at JPMorgan Chase can be found on our website: www.jpmorganchase.com .  Senior Marketing Manager Analytics, Loyalty Capabilities Group  Position DescriptionThis position reports directly to the Director of  Analytics,  Loyalty Capabilities.  The Loyalty Capabilities team is responsible for developing and managing Chase Card Services’ loyalty and rewards capabilities, including program development and content, platform infrastructure, reward partners, reward customer experience, marketing of loyalty, analysis of customers/  program results and management of the loyalty P&L. The Analytics team has three primary areas of responsibility:-         Segmentation-         Rewards analytics-         Program analytics Segmentation:The Analytics team will develop a meaningful and actionable segmentation scheme based on customers’ relationship with rewards.   The segmentation will examine point accumulation, redemption behavior (redemption point levels, redemption category/ channel, and post redemption behavior) and other elements of  Loyalty to develop a segmentation that can be used by other groups to refine and improve the program(s).  Rewards Analytics:Support the entire Loyalty team with analytics that reveal insight into the performance of rewards programs (redemption trends, channel performance, reward category mix, cost trends, etc.).  These analyses will be used to drive economic improvement within the program as well as identifying opportunities to improve the program from the customer’s perspective.  The team will develop the analyses and communicate the findings and ‘so what’ of the work. Program Analytics:The team will also contribute to the development and evaluation of programs that are driven by the Loyalty team.  The Analytics team will help develop the programs by managing the targeting of programs, assisting in building the investment case, helping to establish program goals and recommending program details (such as thresholds, duration, etc.)  Upon completion of a program, the Analytics team will manage the evaluation of the program’s  success.  Additionally, the team will do comprehensive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and new learnings.  The Marketing Analytics Senior Manager will work with other members of the Analytics team, members of the Loyalty Capabilities team and members of the Business Units to establish the prioritization, structure and delivery of analysis.  The analysis will focus on not only “what happened”, but also the implications for the future.  The Sr. Manager will also need to identify analytic opportunities to improve/ refine requested analysis, base on both experience and insight. Because analytics is the key driver of Loyalty activities, this position is key to our success. 5-10 years of relevant experience required in functions such as: Program/ initiative analysis Financial management Business model/ case creation experience desirable Demonstrated teamwork skills are required Demonstrated ability to think creatively and identify out-of-the box business opportunities Demonstrated ability influence across organizations Strong process management skills Ability to turn date into information and to communicate that information to a broad range of audiences.
