Visit us at www.bio-rad.com This position will report directly to the Site Manager and be responsible for process engineering (design and improvement), and validation engineering (development and implementation of the Validation Master List and Validation Master Schedule. Will also oversee the Information Technology and facility maintenance needs of the site. Education: BS required, preferred emphasis in engineering and/or chemistry/biology Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing business at comparable level, 2 years supervisory experience preferred. Backgroung in diagnostics related industry and/or medical regulated environment required. Experience managing production and/or quality as well engineering is preferred. Experience with product development and transfer would be a plus. Skills: This position requires expertise in process design and workflow. Specific skills include lean manufacturing, six sigma, process failure modes and effects analysis, process design and development, equipment qualification, validation process design and hands on validation (including software, process, equipment validation). Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required. RESPOND HERE!
