Purpose of Role
The primary responsibilities of the individual in this position are: Managing a staff of team leaders, clerks, and merchandise associates involved in shipping product to direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and retail distribution channels via domestic and international modes of transportation. Developing shipping strategies, structures, and relationships which support a growing Coach business. Leading team members to meet and exceed all people, service, and cost objectives. Effectively communicating shipping status with internal and external Coach business partners. The individual will have direct responsibility for all daily shipping activities in the Coach Jacksonville Distribution Center.

This position reports to the Vice President of Distribution, Transportation and Customs Compliance.
