Position Summary : A litigation attorney with 5-10 years of law firm and/or in-house experience in handling general and complex commercial and class action litigation. Experience with litigation involving antitrust, pharmaceutical or healthcare laws and regulations is preferred. Primary responsibilities will include management of multiple types of litigation and other legal disputes, including coordination of outside counsel, case management and budgeting, conducting discovery, preparing witnesses, drafting and reviewing pleadings, performing legal research and participating in litigation group and legal department functions. Qualifications : The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be a graduate of an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law as a member in good standing of a state bar (preferably Arizona or Illinois Education : J.D. from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law as a member in good standing of a state bar (preferably Arizona or Illinois. Experience : Minimum 7 years private practice experience in commercial litigation. Prior staff leadership preferred.
