Work directly with operational teams to implement procedures and systems for the protection, conservation and accountability of proprietary, personal or privileged electronic data.Functional SME. Broad business approach. Resource to senior leadership. Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends. Qualifications:3-5 years experience with vulnerability management tools required. 2-3 years Unix/Linux experience required. 2-3 years Windows experience. Oracle and Microsoft SQL configuration and query language knowledge. 3-5 years network (router, switches, and firewalls) experience required. 3-5 years Security incident response experience. Ability to perform risk assessments required. Knowledge of application development languages. SOX/HIPPA audit and compliance experience related to information security preferred but not required. Information Security certification (CISA, CISSP) a plus. Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business. Participates in the development of business strategy. Leads large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives. Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
