This individual will assist with audit activities and review compliance materials to ensure UnitedHealth Group meets criteria for its IT systems. Primary Responsibilities:Supports the audit manager with audit and compliance activities. Conducts, coordinates or participates in the most complex audit projects. May provide direction/assistance to less experienced audit staff. Recommends, implements & manages audit process change that may impact business partners. Prepares and delivers presentations to segment senior management. May serve as key member of project team. Orients, trains and mentors less experienced staff. Provides review and oversight of staff accomplishment and assignment. Reports to Manager / Director. Implements or works within general guidelines relating own efforts to business goals. Develop Audit Programs where needed.
Qualifications:A solid background in the IT and security field. May prefer/require advanced degree - CISA and/or CISM. Strong reporting skills. Applies broad audit knowledge to complex issues/projects at the division/segment level. Demonstrates solid execution skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Able to make and implement decisions with limited information.
