**This position can be worked from any UHG office in either North or South Carolina** Job Description: Responsible for the implementation of products and services to new and existing clients, and the management of key projects designed to expand and enhance the role of Implementation.
Primary Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of a client implementation, interfacing with the appropriate internal departments and external clients and vendorsAssist Sales and Client Services on prospective customer calls, serving as a subject matter expertLiaison between Products and Implementation departments to assist in the introduction and pilot of new product offeringsCreate and manage project plans completing complex and/or long-term projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines, satisfying the identified business need and purposeForm team; direct team to complete projects on time; resolve team and project conflictsPractice effective decision-making Maintain detailed project plans enabling others to track the progress of a project or implementationAssess progress and reports status to management and key stakeholders including progress, timelines and milestones; provides timely written and/or verbal communication regarding project statusAble to effectively share information and transfer knowledge to coworkers, team members, and stakeholders
