Senior Human Resources Representative

 

This is a full time Senior Human Resources Representative position at Alpha Technologies located in Akron, Ohio, a research and manufacturing company with offices worldwide.

Qualified individual should have a minimum of five to seven years of generalist experience in Human Resources with experience preferred, but not limited to, the following areas:

 

Performance management process requiring strong excel skills to assist with processing and rolling up reviews for the organization.

 

Training experience including Open Enrollment presentations, conducting 360s, employee surveys, conducting and implementing performance appraisal process, and interviewing skills.

 

Experience introducing new compensation and benefits programs and structures, including educating the workforce.

 

Recruiting experience with knowledge and use of Internet tools and telephone and personal interview selection skills.

 

Administration/Operations improvement; assist in implementing an ADP HRIS system; converting employee personnel files to electronic files; handle statutory reporting and AAP preparation.

 

Assist with employee/labor relations as necessary.

 

Will provide remote support to other operations such as Viatran, located in Buffalo, NY, but minimal travel required.
