The HR Generalist is responsible for the support of day-to-day Human Resources operations. The HR Generalist will partner with management to implement strategic HR policies and practices.

 

Areas of Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Employment Employee Relations & Performance Improvement Training & Employee Communication Compensation Record Keeping and HR Data Management  

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 4 years of HR generalist experience (Masters degree preferred); or equivalent combination Must be able to travel 10%

Core Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational and diplomatic skills. Dependable team player with collaborative working style. Ability to establish trust and credibility with all levels and be viewed as an important contributor to the success of the business. Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues. Must have the ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law. Solid knowledge of HR Best Practices particularly in areas of recruitment, engagement, retention and non-exempt pay practices. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations relating to all employment functions.
