RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Payroll and Pay Systems relating to the Non-Exempt employees Day to day interface with first line supervisors and employees on employee relations issues Responsible for the recruitment of all exempt and non-exempt positions. This includes temporary and contract employees. HR Manager may assist with exempt positions as needed. Manages the entire recruitment process from requisition generation, interview scheduling and coordination, screening, selection, offers, references. Including new hire orientation and on-boarding process. Responsible for the PeopleSoft system input and reporting. Maintains job files and conducts salary surveys for internal and external market analysis Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. Maintains and coordinates employee recognition program. Maintains affirmative action program, files EEO-1 report annually, maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Responsible for OSHA log, workers compensation administration

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree Human Resources Management, or a related field. HR certification preferred. EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 7 years experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment Background in recruiting, employee relations and compliance is preferred. Ability to organize, prioritize and juggle multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines. Ability to produce accurate, high quality work in a time-sensitive, fast paced environment is required. Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team are important. The ability to research and analyze various types of data information. Strong communication skills and proven success in communicating effectively with all levels. Excellent computer skills required in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with HRIS data bases.
