The Senior Geotech Engineer is an industry-recognized individual that will assist the Group Manager with staff development, expansion of our existing work, and development of new technical services. The successful candidate must have experience identifying, winning, and leading geotechnical consulting projects along with the desire to attract and lead other professionals. This position will manage client relationships and contracts that may include complex, multi-disciplinary projects in geotechnical science and engineering. The Senior Geotech Engineer is responsible for assisting with business development, technical excellence, presentations, planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and hiring and mentoring of junior technical staff. Qualifications A minimum of 15 years progressive experience in project management including supervising a multiple-discipline team. The candidate will have a record of successful collaboration, teaming, marketing, client relationship management, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Civil Engineering and a MS Degree in Geotechnical Engineering. Professional Registration (PE) in Nevada or the ability to obtain registration within 3 months is required.
