Senior Financial Analyst – South Bay

Compensation: $90k-$110k, bonus, stock

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support. Responsibilities will include revenue reconciliations, month end reporting of results, budget forecasting and proforma analysis. The position will have a high degree of exposure to Sr. Management. Will participate in strategic planning initiatives as well as conduct research on varies areas of the business.
Responsibilities include:

·        Financial analysis and report creation

·        Communication

·        Comfortable presenting financial reports and analytical information to different audiences

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with both internal and external parties

·        Interpersonal and leadership skills

·        Can work effectively with more senior internal and external contacts, including Vice Presidents, in the course of compiling information for a financial analysis

·        Comfortable working with different people on different projects simultaneously

·        Able to drive projects to conclusion and execution

·        Proficiency in related applications

·        Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·        Other duties as assigned

·        Flexible in supporting Finance Manager and others as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Bachelor’s degree or higher, featuring a background in accounting, finance, or business administration

·        At least three years experience in a prior accounting or financial analyst role

·        Excellent verbal and written communication

·        Meticulous and hard working.

·        Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
