Reporting to the Vice President Global Finance Division, this candidate will be responsible for strategic and financial analysis of Monster’s North American Sales Force. This job is located in Maynard, MA. It’s a highly visible role within the organization with opportunity for rapid learning and advancement for the right candidate!
Essential Functions:
Perform analysis of sales or financial performance as needed by VP of Global Finance and Executive team Provide data to management necessary to make informed business decisions regarding sales productivity Participate in and lead the monthly and quarterly forecasting process with the objective of maximizing shareholder returns Research / resolve variances to forecast and budget as a part of each monthly close cycle Provide monthly financial and headcount reports Understand Monster’s Sales Strategy and its effects on the P&L Build and maintain analytical tools and computer models Prepare ad hoc analysis to meet internal and external requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related Field; MBA a plus 4 -6 years experience in a financial role with an emphasis on analyzing business performance Strong understanding of Financial/Accounting principles Solid analytical abilities with attention to detail a must Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning & Reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Excellent written and oral communications skills and have demonstrated talent in influencing and creative problem-solving Familiarity with relational databases (including building queries) Ability to work flexible hours in support of the business
There is no relocation assistance offered for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to report to 5 Clock Tower Place, Maynard, MA on a daily basis.
