Currently, we are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant in our Thorofare, New Jersey location. JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Financial Accountant will play an integral role in the consolidation of the global financial and operational results and the SEC financial filings. This individual will report to the External Reporting Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the overall consolidation process, including the preparation of the consolidation, and review the disclosure schedules to support quarterly reviews and annual audits by external auditors. Manage the inter-company reconciliation process and resolve differences where necessary. Checks compliance by all subsidiaries with Group Accounting Policies concerning reserves. Responsible for the financial analysis of the data submitted by the subsidiaries. Analysis of the consolidated balance sheet and income statement, and the preparation of the monthly consolidated fluctuation analytics. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings. Assist during the quarterly reviews and year-end audit by the external auditors. Develop corporate staff accountants. Special projects as needed, involving coordination and communication with various internal and external entities.
