The Senior Finance Recruiting Manager reports to the Division Director and is primarily responsible for the following: Use his/her proven financial background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling our services for a variety of accounting and financial roles. Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. Recruit, interview and place highly skilled accounting/finance professionals. Responsible for solidifying Robert Half Finance and Accounting's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates. Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
