SUMMARY

Analyzes blueprints,sketches, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time,cost, and labor estimates (based upon field experience and business skills) forproducts, projects, or services by performing the duties listed below.  Cooperates and works together with the entirepreconstruction/construction team.

QUALIFICATIONS  Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representativeof the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This is a full-time positionand regular attendance is an essential requirement. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to five years relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read,analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports and businesscorrespondence.  Ability to effectivelypresent information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients,customers, and the general public.
