We are seeking a Senior Director, Management Reporting & Administrative Systems.   Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Financial Affairs, the position is responsible for developing and executing a project plan to transition from Business Objects to Cognos Reporting system and to design and deliver key reports and access to financial information with the new tools.  The position will design security and maintain access to comply with internal control and best practices.   The DEFINE Administrative system staff responsible for access, help desk and training on the legacy financial system, also reports to this position.

 

The successful candidate must have a commitment to excellence and attention to detail; a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems/Technology or related fields; 3 years experience working with a Business Intelligence tool such as Cognos or Business Objects, 2 years SQL Server or related report writing and automated application; and be able to demonstrate ability to perform the critical duties of the position.  Must be self-motivated, have a strong team orientation and learn quickly.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
