Flint Hills Resources has an opportunity for a senior level attorney to counsel operations personnel in our refining and chemicals business with respect to compliance and environmental laws and regulations.
7-10 years experience in the area of environmental regulation, with a focus on regulatory compliance counseling, as opposed to litigation, or equivalent compliance enforcement or counseling experience in a government agency
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent judgment
Strong work ethic
Experience Preferred
Compliance counseling particular to refining and chemicals or equivalent compliance enforcement experience with a government agency preferred
Education RequiredJuris doctorate from a top 50 law school with a class ranking in the top 25%.
Law review or moot court experience
Excellent academic credentials
