Position Description

MHS is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Manager to provide leadership across a broad array of strategic business development issues involving our Disease Management Services partners. The position will involve identifying, structuring, negotiating, managing, and optimizing partnership opportunities; overseeing partners delivery on joint customer contracts; building relationships with partners executive leadership; evaluating partner portfolios and business cases; driving collaboration across Sales, Account Management, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, and Legal; developing value propositions to encourage partner activities; identifying and resolving channel conflicts; and providing project management for key partnership initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

- BS or BA degree (MBA preferred), with at least 7-10 years of relevant work experience (see below). - Strong background in relationship management, care management services, and/or healthcare technology. Demonstrated ability to work with third-party partners and/or customers. Extensive background in business development and strategic marketing preferred. - Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills, with ability to effectively communicate conclusions and recommendations to MHSs senior management. - Strong interpersonal skills, enabling candidate to work with both MHSs senior management and executive leaders of MHSs strategic partners. - Track record of leading complex negotiations. - Extensive project management experience, with ability to lead time-sensitive, cross-functional projects. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work as a resourceful self-starter in a team-oriented environment.

General Office Demands Potential locations include Malvern, Pennsylvania; Newton, Massachusetts; Broomfield, Colorado; or Alpharetta, Georgia.
