We seek a Senior Coordinator, Accounts Receivable to join our headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. There you will manage 4,300 domestic and 1,200 international accounts.

Duties Include:
Updating and processing account information, applying cash and adjusting accounts of both Franchise billing and Global commissionsLoading daily bank transmissions and working with bank personnel to resolve any transmission issuesEnsuring payments are applied appropriatelyUtilizing Travel Commission processing systems and PeopleSoft for contractual fee managementPreparing monthly accruals, wire transfers and Choice Privilege plus Travel Agent commission transactions statistics reports

Qualified candidates must have an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or another business related field. Knowledge of MS Word and mid-level proficiency with MS Excel required. A good work ethic, outstanding organizational, interpersonal communication and technical skills a must. Billing and receivables background, Bachelor’s degree, and 2 years of business experience preferred.
