Minimum of 5 years experience as a Buyer within the automotive industry.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree. Automotive industry. Purchasing of non-ferrous raw metal material. Knowledge of various non-ferrous alloys. Supplier evaluation and selection. Shipping, receiving and warehousing. Inventory management and control. Price negotiating. TS-16949, ISO-9000, ISO-14000. CPM or APICS certification helpful. Lean Manufacturing.
