We are seeking a Sr. Water/Wastewater Engineer for our Pittsburgh location.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as senior project manager on large, multi discipline water and wastewater municipal and industrial projects (more municipal).Capable of leading and supporting the design team as well as providing client maintenance services. . Responsible for budgeting and profitability for projects being managed. Lead and assist Business Development with proposals and presentations. Mentor and help train junior level staff members.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree is preferred. (It is possible that a degree in Sanitary Engineering or Environmental Engineering might be acceptable if the candidate also has enough relevant experience and training.) 

·         Must be registered as a licensed professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) in PA and have at least 10-15 years experience designing AND managing large water/wastewater projects in PA.  

·         Must have extensive experience designing wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewer systems, and/or pump stations for various clients.

·         Experience with AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office products is required. 

·         Familiarity/experience with Water CAD and SWMM modeling software is strongly preferred.

·         Someone who has experience working in a consulting environment designing and managing projects is strongly preferred.
