Senior Channel Manager to identify indirect selling opportunities in the state of California. The ideal candidate will establish and grow our market share on the West Coast by selling our audio, video and webconferencing products and services through Partner and Affinity Programs.

Heres how you will succeed in this position:· Aggressive "hunter mentality" with no fear of cold calling.· Identify, penetrate, and acquire new Partners, Agents and Resellers.· Clients are identified primarily through networking, cold calling and prospecting.· Responsible for updating all sales activity through Salesforce.com.· High level of skill in consultative selling, account management, business case preparation and time management planning.
Experience and Skills:· Candidate must be based in the Los Angeles or San Francisco area and willing to work from a home office.· Minimum 3 years of proven Channel Sales experience along with working in a remote office environment.· Extensive cold calling and strategic selling experience is required.· Experience in the servicing and/or solutions selling industry is strongly desired.· A background in telecommunications required, conferencing a definite plus! · High comfort level in consultative selling and sales closing.· Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation and sales skills.· Ability to work within all levels of the organization.
