Cynergy Data is seeking candidates with senior level call center experience and a analytical nature for Risk Analyst opportunities in our College Point Office.  As part of our Risk Team, you will be responsible for investigating, auditing and intercepting merchant deposits by monitoring daily exception reports to limit losses to the company. Prior successes with customer support, supported by strong analytical and organizational skills are desired.  We are looking for candidates who take the initiative to follow up and take ownership of their work.  High School Diploma (or equivalent), the ability to multi-task and effectively communicate are required.
