The Senior Business Analyst reports to the VP of Sales and is Senior Business / Replenishment Manager to ensure replenishment success through driving sales. This is accomplished by focusing on in stocks; forecast planning, collaboration, order generation, on-time shipment, logistical compliance, and customer delivery compliance as well as review store detail POS.

Key Responsibilities

Create item-level forecasts to multiple manufacturing teams with the highest accuracy. Improve in stocks each week through collaboration and effective communication with the corporate production planning teams.Coordinate forecast accuracy with Wal*Mart’s Replenishment ManagersEstablish strategy and plan to assist Brands with production capacity, logistics, and availability to meet forecast.Build and manage master forecast of to meet each companies demand plan.Monitor forecast and communicate the impact of changes to overall demand plan.Manage the transportation and logistics to assure goods arrive at warehouses on time

 

Experiences/Skills/Education

4+ years minimum experience in a logistics, forecasting, planning, and replenishment function Overall supply chain knowledgeExcellent inter-personal skills for teamwork and effective collaborative planning meetingsExperienced user in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Inforem, CPFR/DPF and Retail LinkExcellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong self direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over specific activities Very strong oral and written communication skills is a must B.S. or B.A. degree is required; a major in a business or technical field is preferred
