Location: Irvine CA, Los Angeles CA, or San Antonio TX As the Senior Architect you will: Provide leadership and direction in developing the Enterprise Architecture program. Provide leadership in the development and communication of enterprise strategies, standards, policies, best practices and technology governance structures. Assist in developing and refining the architecture planning process, Participate in technology evaluations Conduct technology research and development. Possess a very broad and deep technological and architectural background that is relevant in developing an overall Enterprise Architecture program Excellent leadership, project management, and communication and facilitation skills.
Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in application development, infrastructure architecture or closely related field Minimum of 3 years experience in Enterprise Architecture program development, concepts, principles, and governance processes (strongly preferred) Proven experience in the development of reference architectures, architecture assessment processes, and the use of architecture repositories and modeling tools Thorough knowledge of and exposure to Service Oriented Architecture concepts, technologies, and governance processes Thorough knowledge of software development tools and environments, e.g.: Java/J2EE, .NET, LAMP, UNIX/Windows scripting languages Thorough knowledge of application system development lifecycle methodologies Thorough understanding of technology trends and technical developments Demonstrated ability to prepare and lead presentations to all levels within the company in order to educate, influence, and contribute to architectural decisions Thorough knowledge of infrastructure technologies Thorough knowledge of application integration strategies and alternatives Thorough knowledge of application reference architectures, application frameworks, and design principles and patterns Extensive experience with project management - task estimation, planning, risk mitigation analysis, etc. General knowledge of information architecture We offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes:
