·         Should have at least 10 to 12 years of overall US experience of which 4 to 5 year of either Project Lead or Senior Architect experience.

·         Good Experience in architecting on 2 tier architecture and 3 tire architecture.

·         Hands-on technical experience in IT.

·         Excellent communication & effective interpersonal skills.

·         Database : Oracle / SQL Server

·         Technology : J2EE / .Net

·         Nice to have : SOA
