Thriving Retail Company in Philadelphia, PA is in need of a strong Senior Accountant to join their team.  This position offers great exposure and the promise of upward mobility with a very large, international company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Perform in-depth analysis of high dollar and high profile account balances and reconciliationsMaintain and consolidate the general ledgerAssist with the monthly and annual end close activitiesPerform comprehensive financial and management reportingFocus on process improvement

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance MBA or CPA preferred, but not required2+ yrs of experience in AccountingStrong understanding of GAAP SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley exposure

 

 

Salary:  $85,000 + bonus
