Project Analyst - Service
JOB SUMMARY:
Wincor Nixdorf requires a Project Analyst (PA) to manage Service Contracts in support of a rapidly growing install base. Working closely with Account Management, Project Management, Reporting, and Field Service, the Project Analyst will be responsible for maintaining Service Contract integrity in SAP & CRM. As part of the Finance organization, the Project Analyst will also oversee Receivables and ensure Contract ROI through careful analysis of primary cost drivers. This full time position reports to the Service Business Controller and is located in Austin, TX.
Job Responsibilities:
· Contract Maintenance Create / Renew & Move / Add / Change
· Receivables Generate, Distribute & Collect
· Profitability Analyze Project P/L and Identify, Monitor & Escalate Primary Cost Drivers
· Process Optimization Examine current methodologies and develop improved efficiencies
· Other projects and tasks as business requires
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
· Excellent PC skills, specifically with MS-Excel and / or MS-Access
· SAP and / or CRM experience preferred, not required
· At least 1 year of Accounting, Finance or Business Administration experience
· Excellent process skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to coordinate, implement and track multiple tasks
· Self directed and self motivated within a team environment
· Willingness to work additional hours to meet work demand fluctuations
