Parker and Lynch has teamed up with a Dallas Based Entertainment company who is seeking to add a Senior Accountant to their growing team.  This position offers outstanding benefits along with a Great work environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the accurate processing of accounting information consisting of month-end close journal entries. Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Responsible for the ad-hoc analysis to assist internal departmental staff to understand business developments and their impact on the financials. Monitor and maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting data and outputs.

External Relationships:

Communicate with and support Director of Video Analysis in the LA office frequently. Communicate with and support the LA office frequently. Communicate with back office departments for transactions and events for areas this position is responsible for to ensure accuracy and integrity with respect to the financial presentation.

Position Specifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting required. CPA a plus. Public Accounting or large corporate experience is a plusHighly skilled with Microsoft Excel. Excellent oral and written skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Proven analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills.
