Brief Description:
To service, support and sell into a base of commercial accounts to insure maximum satisfaction and revenue growth.
Detail Description:
Customer contact - proactive account management - via voice calls, email and account reviews
Upsells - responsible for small monthly quota in new sales to existing base
Customer service - general Q & A, trouble ticket resolution and escalation, receiving and processing MACD (move, add, change) with possible vendor coordination.
Account Renewals - gathering existing account information including (monthly recurring charges, usage rates, circuit utilization and cost components), create profit assistant and proposal presentation, process upon customer signature.
ENCORE - billing review process - dependant upon current order and renewal activity - Q & A responses and monthly reporting. Final billing reviews with the customer for post new service installation, service moves, adds and changes and renewal processing to insure accuracy of invoicing.
Responsible for obtaining referrals and testimonials from the existing customer base to create warm leads for new potential PAETEC customers.
Monthly reporting - Customer based ranking (CBR), EBITDA Jeapordy, cancels, aging, sales and renewal trackers, weekly warm call reports and Conquest opportunity and funnel management.
Job Requirements:
College degree (Associates or Bachelors)A minimum of 1-2 years of telecommunications experience as well as prior experience in customer service or account management or sales.Intermediate - proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Basic powerpoint.
