Base $35k-$40k base plus commission: @ 100% $88k - @150% = $142k 70% of our sales force earns in excess of $90,000.
RESPONSIBILITIESTargeting Driving Force Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales/Marketing, Vice Presidents of Technology, and Vice Presidents of HR as prospective clients Utilizing consultative sales methods to sell products over the phone and in-person to staffing companies in a defined territory Creating unique product combinations and solutions to meet each clients’ individual needs Growing client base: Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new accounts Scheduling and running presentations to demonstrate products Generating revenue, and exceeding attainable monthly quota Developing loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up

MUST HAVESBachelor's Degree 1 to 4 years of successful value based solution sales experience (B2B) Ability to develop new business via prospecting (75% NBD) Documented proof of quota attainment and regional or national sales ranking in top 20% Current employment in B2B outside sales position Must have current C level sales expertise Experience developing a territory High activity sales cycle for generating new business Travel 10% can grow to 20% Highly motivated to succeed in a performance driven environment
