Position Responsibilities

Work independently but report to Supervisor on maintaining and supporting computer based Access Control, Photo ID, CCTV, Fire and Burglar Alarm systems. This includes working indoors on computer equipment as well as outdoors on cameras, door equipment, etc.

Required Skills

Experience installing Alarm systems is a plus

Basic knowledge of Windows OS

Basic knowledge of Windows OS based computer hardware

Comfortable working outdoors

Comfortable working from a ladder or a manlift

Excellent work ethic and highly motivated

Excellent customer relations skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Excellent organizational skills

Possess a valid driver’s license

Must be willing to travel however most travel is within the state of Ohio

Effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Ohio State Fire License a plus

Position Type
