Alcatraz Cruises has a great new opportunity in a brand new department ! 

While using excellent customer service skills, you are simultaneously using your observations skills to ensure the security and safety of employees and guests.  In addition you are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of cars, shuttles and buses in and out of the company parking lot.  

Essential duties will include:

Identify suspicious and potentially threatening behavior and respond appropriately.

Prior to boarding, monitor items being taken on board, to ensure compliance with USCG and NPS regulations

Communiate drop off and pick up policy to drivers transporting groups

Provide reports 

Required:
Associate Degree
Customer Service Experience
Ability and Willingness to work variety of shifts

Preferred:
Security Guard Card
CPR Certification
Security, Law Enforcement or Military Experience
Excellent Writing Skills, including Report Writing Skills
