Minimum basic qualifications include the following:

Applicants must be at least twenty-one years old with a high school education (or GED), reliable transportation, and a stable work history. 

In addition to the minimum qualifications, applicants should have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.

Extensive background screening will include criminal record checks (local, state, and federal), drug testing (pre-employment and random), aptitude testing, interviews, and a psychological profile.
