The Opportunity for a Professional Security Alarm Service Sales Account Executive in the Territory of DFW

 

Located in Coppell, Texas, Kings III Fire and Security is seeking a qualified, experienced commercial alarm contract sales specialist to spearhead growth and build this organization into an industry leader. This is a full-time employee position. Kings III Fire and Security is a new division of Kings III Emergency Communications, the leader in emergency telephone technologies for over 19 years. To assist in rapid development of this new division, Kings III Emergency Communications will make its full customer base of commercial and multi-family properties in Dallas-Fort Worth, over 2,000, available for marketing to. These are current service and/or monitoring/dispatch contract customers. The task is to successfully promote and sell monitoring, maintenance, inspection and testing services to this established base of accounts.

 

Necessary Skills

 

High Energy and Drive Strong Prospecting and Closing Abilities Successful Sales Track Record CRM Software proficiency (Goldmine, ACT!, Salesforce, etc.) MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency

 

Requirements

 

Minimum 3 years successful experience in Commercial Alarm Contract Sales Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Current Texas Security Industry Licensing or the qualification to hold appropriate Texas Licenses Significant knowledge of security and low voltage equipment, systems, software and codes Proven experience presenting to groups and individuals

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

The Account Executive will sell alarm, access control, video and other security maintenance, testing and inspection and monitoring/dispatch contracts to commericial and multi-family entities in the greater DFW Metroplex.

 

Develop and expand key account relationships

 

Develop proposals

 

Manage assigned territory to meet or exceed goals

 

Develop tactical plans to reach goals and manage time efficiently

 

Compensation

 

Base salary $40,000- $45,000 based on experience

Commission and Bonus plan based on contract sales and account and territory management goals

Auto Allowance $500/mo

Health Insurance

Reimbursement of reasonable business expenses

Office space, supplies at corporate office in Coppell, Texas 10 minutes north of DFW Airport
