A large investment company is seeking an experienced attorney to add to its legal team. This detail oriented, self-motivated individual would have three plus years experience in trying securities arbitration's before the NASD and NYSE, have knowledge of the securities industry rules and regulations and would be able to make decisions on a firm level. This person will be detailed oriented, self motivated and enjoy working independently. Qualifications :
Litigation, Securities Registration, Regulatory Research, Licensed Attorney, A JD is required and be licensed in the State of Missouri (or be able to obtain it shortly upon commencing employment). A Series 7 and 63 license is beneficial and would be required within 6 months of employment. Regulatory background (NYSE,NASD, SEC) and at least three years trying securities cases..In-house counsel experience beneficial but necessary
