An outstanding, publicly traded community bank in greater Springfield, MA, is in search of a new SEC Financial Reporting Specialist.  In this role, you will maintain the general ledger of the bank, prepare quarterly and annual consolodated financial statements, prepare 10Q, 10K, 8K, and Proxy Statements, maintain employee stock option schedules, and interact with state and federal regulatory agencies.

You will report directly to the EVP-Chief Financial Officer, and have substantial interaction with key executive committees within the bank.
