Due to explosive growth, Resource Accounting is looking for a direct-hire accounting and finance recruiter for its Raleigh, North Carolina office.

The direct-hire recruiter is responsible for identifying, evaluating and placing qualified candidates with various companies in the Raleigh Area. The recruiter speaks with 30 professionals daily. Additionally, the recruiter conducts 15 interviews and coordinates 10 meetings between candidates and clients weekly. The recruiter is responsible for creating unique methods for obtaining clients and candidates.  The right candidate will have accounting and/or finance experience and have a good understanding of accounting department organizational charts. Additionally, the right candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and will have the drive to create their own success to let their performance represent their abilities. We have an excellent training program and the right candidate does not need recruiting experience.
