Position Summary
The National Account Sales Manager reports to the Director, National Sales and has direct sales responsibility for his or her respective account assignment. The position is responsible for the overall sales and customer management for CE product categories.
Common Essential Duties & Resp.
• Overall Account Management
• Attainment of Management/Stretch Plan
• Maintain strong communication with account buying and merchandising team
• Enforce company policy and interest
• Coordinate efforts w/ other sales team members
• Manage MDF
• Forecasting
• Assist marketing on all future product planning
Necessary Skills / Attributes
• Knowledge of CE industry (minimum 5 years experience)
• Experience calling on national accounts (minimum 2 years)
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proven business successes
• Ability to creatively problem solve and proactively address potential issues
• Ability to create clear and precise presentations
• Ability to communicate with people at different organizational levels
