Position Summary




The purpose of this position is to control Samsung Electronic America’s product returns by providing analysis and feedback on return trends for relevant departments, divisions and major dealers.




Common Essential Duties & Resp.




-     Provide support to refurbishing companies to result in improved service
-     Create and manage contracts with vendors
-     Manage accounts payable issues with refurbishing companies
-     Monitor/audit business orders and refurbishing groups
-     Evaluate and make recommendations on return activities
-     Coordinate parts ordering and forecasting and make decisions on replacements
-     Coordinate tech-support between product support department and refurbishing companies
-     Review and update service returns
-     Coordinate agreements with major dealers




Necessary Skills / Attributes




- Bachelor’s degree required
- Consumer Electronics work experience required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience required
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
