Job Description:

 

The SAP PP Configuration Consultant in the US Delivery Center is responsible for the analysis, design and configuration of the SAP PP area to meet the business needs of our clients.  Working closely with our clients to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality, the PP Configuration Consultant adds value to the US Delivery Center through their knowledge of the PP module and knowledge of its integration with other modules.

 

Key responsibilities may include:

 

Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the PP module of SAP to meet business requirements.  Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering and documentation designs. Provides alternatives based on best practices and SAP functionality. Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing.  May lead and coordinate the work of a small team Must be willing to travel when business needs require it.  Typical level of travel for this level is 30%.  Travel may be 100% depending on project.

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field of study  8 years experience in SAP PP configuration 3 years of SAP PP-PI configuration 3 years Project Management or work scheduling experience
