BSG is seeking SAP MM & AP Lead Functional Configurators for contract-to-hire positions in Altanta, GA. (AP need invoice matching experience)

 

 

Position Details:

The associate will support a vast area of functionality: Purchase Order, Return to Vendor, Conversion, WMS Integration, B2B Integration, and Rebates.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

· Gather detail requirements from business users for approved large scale projects and small enhancements to existing projects.

· Perform design for approved large scale projects and small enhancements to existing projects.

· Perform program configuration/modification and set-up activities on large projects using specific process techniques.

· Coordinate User Acceptance testing (UAT) with the Business Client. Provide System Requirement

· Documents (SRD) and Systems External Specifications (SES) documents to the UAT and System test
groups, to assist with testing scenarios.

· Coordinate training and rollout plans for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.

· Provide expert technical direction to functional configurators and contractors.

· Coordinate/collaborate with Architecture and Infrastructure Teams on best practices, design and
environment setup.

· Interface with Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure teams, Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured within a software package.

Nature and Scope

· Typically reports to Manager or Sr. Manager, Information Technologies

Preferred Qualifications

· 4 -5 Full cycle SAP implementation experience including an in-depth understanding of SAP integration and ASAP methodology required.

· Experience with SAP modules (MM, PP) is highly desired. Deep Functional experience, 5-8 years of related business process experience Functional retail business experience is highly desired.

· Experience with PO Configuration, Return to Vendor, Conversion, WMS Integration, and B2B Integration and Rebates.

· MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) experience

· Candidate will possess experience in project planning and execution and business process improvement.

· Strong communications skills needed include cross-team/user relationships, written and oral communication

· Retail functional business experience is a definite plus.

· Must have the ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
