Join one of the most exciting SAP projects in the world.  In this very visible, director level position, you will lead all education-related efforts for a worldwide SAP implementation.

This is a full-time position.

In this position, you will act as the lead agent for education strategy and implementation, responsible for all associated workstreams within education and SAP implementation team.  This position is responsible for leading and ensuring the design, development and delivery of training for the success of this team, while executing project controls including scope, issues, risk management, status reporting, quality of deliverables and budgetary compliance. 

The role will establish leadership and management over the project team*s internal and external resources.   Ensures alignment with process and Work stream objectives pursuing correct course content and prompt delivery in a global manner.  Global learning and development role involving strategic thinking and tactical implementation. 

Responsible for a global, fast-paced educational transformation.
 
50% - Define and lead implementation of the overall education methodology and master schedule for process, technical and project management education related to the Process Redesign and SAP Implementation
20% - Establish leadership and management over education project team*s internal and external resources
15% - Execute project controls including scope, issues, risk management, status reporting, quality of deliverables and budgetary compliance
10% - Communicate with PMO, Process and Work stream Leads to ensure correct course content and prompt delivery in a global manner
5% - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required

Required:
*Bachelor*s degree in learning/education/human resources field
*Minimum 10-15 years experience in learning and development, performance consultation, project management and strategic implementations
*Ability to design, analyze and present relevant performance metrics to prove the value of programs
*Solid leadership skills and presence to interact with senior management both locally and globally
*Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and plan for obstacles or barriers to learning and development solutions
*Demonstrated ability at multi-tasking and prioritization of deliverables
*Proven business partnership skills
*Strong presentation skills
*Ability to transform business/customer information into knowledge to provide solutions that create value
*Ability to bring people together to accomplish common goals by sharing information, actively listening, providing candid feedback, resolving conflict and understanding/leveraging different behavioral styles
*Ability to translate program vision into practical and pragmatic action steps
*SAP/ERP experience
*Business fluency in English
