Job Purpose:

Establishes communications systems by installing Samsung telephone systems and equipment.

Duties:

* Plans samsung telephone installations by studying design plans, layouts, and technical specifications; gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools; coordinating schedule with customer.

* Establishes samsung telephone system by assessing installation site; installing modem hardware and software; running and pulling cable; programming and calibrating equipment; adhering to codes, regulations, and standards.

* Verifies system functioning by testing equipment and connections; identifying and correcting problems.

* Maintains records by documenting installation.

* Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.

* Maintains safe work environment by following safe practices.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
