Our client, a Manufacturer's Representative, is actively searching for a home-based Technical Sales Representative for the LA, MS, AL territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include building sales at existing accounts, developing new business, and account management. The Mobile, AL territory is focused on the power generation market in lower Alabama, lower Mississippi, and eastern Louisiana.

REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (preferably technical / engineering) with at least 3 years of Technical Outsides Sales experience (preferably in power generation / filtration / process industries / other related). Also, candidates that have previous experience working from a home-based sales positions will be given priority.

OTHER: Company offers an attractive compensation including a base salary plus commission / bonuses and an excellent benefits package (includes medical insurance, 401K and ESOP programs). Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate but candidates will work from a home-based position. Home-based location should be within the designated territory (preferably in or close to Mobile if possible but not a must) but candidates may also be based out of the Atlanta, GA area. Questions you will be asked:
• How many years of technical sales experience do you have? Please list industries that you have experience with.
• What areas of the US have you covered? What city and state do you currently live in?
• Have you worked from a home-based sales position?
• Do you have a Bachelor-s Degree? Please briefly list all degrees, certifications, additional training.
• What is your total compensation (include base, commission, bonus, car, etc)? What is your desired total compensation?
