1. Must be available Thursday evening to attend orientation
2. Must be serious and not curious about creating a six figure income
3. Must have a desire to be a business owner and create wealth for yourself and others
4. Must have access to capital or must have a 700 credit score or higher or have access to anyone willing to lend credit or cosign
6. Must be completely honest, ethical and trustworthy
7. Must have a desire to invest in real estate
