Aquent is looking for a Selling Area Manager with the ambition and vision to take our Austin, TX market to the next level. If your leadership and sales skills can drive significant growth and revenue than one of Aquent's markets is calling to you. Be a part of the entrepreneurial energy of the Aquent team.
You will be responsible for developing a strategic plan, performing all sales related functions and leading your team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional service to our contractors and clients:
• Hiring, training, and coaching staff to ensure peak performance
• Developing and implementing client acquisition strategy.
• Directly selling to clients at all levels within organizations
• Designing and implementing recruitment plan.
• Managing and growing revenue, gross profit, and operating profit.
• Leading and motivating the Austin team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and contractors
• Facilitate meetings to align sales activities with service delivery results.
Your qualifications are: • 7 years plus, management experience within staffing or a professional services organization.
• Successful team leadership with significant revenue growth.
• Strong communicator with ability to leverage internal relationships.
• Understanding of marketing functions a plus
• BA or BS degree preferred.
