Aquent is looking for a Selling Area Manager with the ambition and vision to take our Austin, TX market to the next level. You will be responsible for developing a strategic plan, performing all sales related functions and leading your team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional service to our contractors and clients:

• Hiring, training, and coaching staff to ensure peak performance
• Developing and implementing client acquisition strategy.
• Directly selling to clients at all levels within organizations
• Designing and implementing recruitment plan.
• Managing and growing revenue, gross profit, and operating profit.
• Leading and motivating the Austin team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and contractors
• Facilitate meetings to align sales activities with service delivery results.

Your qualifications are:

• 7 years plus, management experience within staffing or a professional services organization.
• Successful team leadership with significant revenue growth.
• Strong communicator with ability to leverage internal relationships.
• Understanding of marketing functions a plus
• BA or BS degree preferred.
