Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent. One year experience providing customer service in the office environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist serves as the customer point-of-contact in the Sales and Marketing Office at our newest community, Grants Farm Manor in St. Louis, MO

- Handles customer calls, visits, and inquiries
- Gathers information and assesses customer needs
- Determines next steps in the sales process.
- Assists with overflow sales activities by handling sales appointments and customer tours.
- Participates in special events and functions.
- Provides administrative support.
